    Welcome to Bay City.  Where mystic cabals clash with criminal masterminds and where the future of the DC Universe is about to be shaped.  Come forge your own legend.

     

     

    Premise

    This setting features a modified "Original Universe" where some of the legendary superheroes of Earth-0 have been adventuring since the late 1950s; there are also crossovers from one Earth to another; the JLA's Black Canary was originally from Earth-1 where she was a member of the JSA, for example.

     

    In Bay City, the local authorities have a working relationship with the superhero community and the players will be deputized by BCPD Chief Antonio Chavez.
