Sleepwalkers.  This city is full of sleepwalkers.  War is upon us and no one even realizes it.  I do.  I can see the skinwalkers as plain as night.  They walk our streets in human guises, but the Owl Lodge has granted me the "true sight."  They cannot hide from me, but I mustn't be rash.  I have to be patient and prudent when it comes to fighting the enemy.  The skinwalkers represent the head of the serpent, but the body is all that is visible to those without the sight.  This city is filled with criminals and degenerates and they unwittingly serve the agenda of the skinwalkers.  I will start with them, the body of the serpent.  I will strike fear into the servants of the skinwalkers and in turn I will strike fear into the hearts of the true enemy.

I will keep this log that one day, when the sleepwalkers of this city finally awaken, they will know the truth of what must be done.
