I'm 30, born and live in San Jose. Love playing with imaginative GMs that don't force players to do what the GM wants.  I like to be able to split from the party for time to time and advencher solo, if it's okay to do that. If I cant role-play my way I will feel railroaded and I won't have...

  • Picking up Gaming w/ my old gaming buddies whom are all back in N. Ohio, from the '80's. When I have some time, I don't mind a good AD&D game, and also looking into getting into Hero's rules again to run and/or be a player for multiple different genres. We were using Gametable 2.0 RC9 and GameSpeak(TeamSpeak) to run a...

But really, it's about the GM and the players, ultimately.  A great system will not make a GM or players great and a great GM and players can make any system shine. Deep issues/controversial issues are...

  • I'm a gamer plain and simple.  I play tons of rpgs all the time with various groups.  Hoping to find gaming online as fun for paper and pencil games.

Been playing forever.. started in 1978 with the lil' D&D books.  Now thinking of getting together with some old players that made the mistake of leaving Northern California.     I love to play almost anything.. I am really interested in the "new" indie rpgs but I feel that I might not be able to a good job of  "Role"...

I wound up DMing for my high school buddies after being introduced to D&D by my older brother.  We mainly created dungeon crawls and we used D&D and Arduin Grimore.  While in high school, I started my own dice company -- now defunct.  After college, I stopped playing.  Years later, I played in a LARP and found a new world...
